The business thrives on a multicultural environment and due to expansion, they are offering an exciting opportunity for a confident and versatile HR Advisor to join their professional and friendly team.About the RoleThis role is ideal for a flexible, adaptable, and experienced HR professional with a proven track record in fast-paced organisations. The successful candidate will excel in environments with flat structures that prioritise people over rigid processes.You will work closely with the HR Operations Partner in the London office, supporting a team of 50 employees while contributing to group-wide projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience. The position requires a strong background in employee relations and a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration: Oversee the HR mailbox, actioning queries promptly and supporting the HR Operations Partner across the employee lifecycle.Employee Relations: Provide HR support for routine employee relations issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.Organisational Design: Assist with succession planning, onboarding, career development mapping, and initiatives to drive employee engagement.Performance Management: Guide managers through appraisal processes and performance-related concerns.Learning and Development: Identify training needs, arrange development opportunities, and support staff growth aligned with team objectives.Projects: Lead or support ad hoc HR projects, including policy reviews, employee surveys, and corporate events.
