We are looking for an experienced and exceptional top EA to join a market-leading, privately owned business to provide right-hand support to the extremely busy UNHW CEO.
Based in beautiful offices, you will be joining a fast-moving business and a hugely supportive, collaborative and positive team.A newly created position, this is the perfect opportunity to make the role your own. You will be providing right-hand EA support to the charming CEO and will be liaising regularly with the Private PA.Duties will include:•Extensive diary and calendar management and coordination of complex itineraries•Scheduling business and private appointments•Travel coordination across time zones, including private charters and visas•Managing communication – dealing with emails and phone calls and responding appropriately•Gatekeeping and serving as the first point of contact•Tracking expenses and invoices•Gatekeeping•Prepare and proofread documents and presentations•Liaising with the Private PA and Household Staff•Occasional travel to accompany CEOThe successful candidate will be a graduate/ degree calibre, well-spoken and polished, a top ambassador for the CEO, someone with common sense, brilliant people skills, the ability to build relationships at all levels with ease and an understanding of the challenge of managing a very busy work and home life.We are looking for solid previous relevant EA experience and proven longevity in previous EA positions.You will be an expert travel coordinator, used to organising private jets at a moment’s notice. A bright, committed and loyal team player who is patient and highly discreet, able to hit the ground running, ask questions with confidence and build trust whilst thinking ahead.Excellent written and spoken English skills combined with impressive EA experience and proven longevity in previous roles is a must.
