Your Role As a Cook, you will plan and produce a varied, nutritious menu, manage a budget, ensure Health and Safety compliance, and organize catering for special events. Requirements Advanced qualification in catering (e.g., City and Guilds 701/702) and a basic food hygiene certificate. Experience in stock ordering and budget management for large groups. Knowledge of food and nutrition requirements, including special dietary needs. Understanding of food safety, including IDDSI and allergies (training provided).
