An introduction to the company and role:
This organisation is looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience that has worked in a mixture of HR and Recruitment. You will be dealing with the end-to-end recruitment as well as general HR admin duties. You must be used to working in a busy environment and able to prioritise your workload as this is a standalone role! This role would report into the Finance Director, and you will get support from external HR consultants.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?
This role would be reporting into the Finance Director and will be supporting on a variety of duties such as:
10. Manage all stages of recruitment (end to end)
11. Work strategically with senior staff with posts
12. Providing high quality job adverts
13. Requests references
14. Complete DBS checks
15. Coordinate return to work administration
16. Monitor absence
17. Keep contract details up to date
18. Manage and produce the staff collection sheet
19. Book training courses
20. Process offer letters
21. Ensure HRIS is kept up to date
22. Advise colleagues on HR policies & procedures
23. Take minutes in ER meetings
24. Document probation/induction
25. Checking of the payroll
26. General admin duties
What experience do you need?
27. CIPD Level 3 (advantage)
28. At least 2 years’ experience within HR
29. Knowledge of GDPR legislation
30. End to end Recruitment experience
31. Working with MS excel, word and outlook
32. Working in a busy environment
33. Manage own workload
34. High level of confidentiality
35. Payroll administration (advantage)
