This is a permanent position working 20 hours per week, with flexibility on days and hours to suit your lifestyle. Reporting into a fantastic HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient payroll service to the organisation. Some of your duties will include: Processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner. Assisting with the onboarding of new starters to the payroll system. Preparing monthly reports on both payroll and pensions data. Handling all queries regarding the staff payroll and pensions, in a timely and professional manner. Liaising with the company's pensions providers. The ideal candidate will have experience running payroll and will have excellent Excel skills to assist them in the reporting duties. You will be professional and have a customer-focused approach when handling queries. A CIPP qualification would be desirable but not essential.
