We're looking for Support Workers to join our Blossom House location. to care for adults with complex care needs.
Contract: Permanent contract, full time and part time roles available
Hours: Mornings, afternoons, evenings or night shifts available.
Pay: From £26,000 per year depending on experience. Plus car allowance at £660 per annum

Key responsibilities:
* Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
* Taking people out on day trips and extra curricular activities such as walking and cycling.
* Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
* Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
* Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
