Hours: Rotating Shifts - 6am - 2.30pm and 9.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday

Your skills / background:
Administration, Physical Inventory Control, Stock Counting, Stock Adjustments, EHSQ, SAP.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing all inbound and outbound transactions
2. Physical Inventory Control counting of all stock monthly and making stock adjustments as needed
3. Raising production reworks
4. Raising the site's indirect/direct purchase orders
5. Producing picklists, delivery notes, and keying production through SAP
6. Completing tanker loading and discharge control documentation accurately
7. Supporting the Incident Controller in completing roll call and assisting with the activation of the incident Site Emergency Plan
8. Completing Dangerous Goods Notes for hazardous despatches
9. Operating the Main Gate and access control via the intercom
10. Communicating and assisting the Production Operative team via 2-Way Radio
11. Operating the onsite weighbridge
12. Processing HMRC Documentation for dutiable product movements
13. Assisting the Shift Manager with Driver Inductions
14. Weekly audits of loading and discharging documentation
15. Supporting our EHSQ Policies on site at all times
About you:
1. A confident self-starter and team player
2. Exceptional organisational skills
3. Numerically accurate and competent
4. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
5. SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential
