What we're looking for: A strong interest in working with young people with additional needs. Passionate about facilitating young people to make progress in all four areas in SEND achieve learning goals. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. A Special Education Needs background and knowledge along with IT and admin skills are key for the role Level 2 English and Maths, or willingness to work towards. Level 3 Award for Learning Support Practitioners or willingness to work towards. Respectful of learner’s personal needs and maintain confidentiality at all times.
