We are supporting a great opportunity for a Centre Manager to lead services for a prestigious building in Birmingham B3. This high spec Building offers 5,000 sq ft conference and events space, a barista coffee station and cafe, hot desk and lounge areas and around 18,000 sq ft of fitted suites targeting occupiers seeking between 15 – 75 workstations. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the flexible space inclusive of strong engagement with occupiers to fully understand their business needs. The key responsibilities include: Occupier satisfaction and on-boarding Day to day supplier management & relationships Assisting / driving opportunity with sales performance Finance administration Driving H&S standards / compliance Develop & Guide the Assistant Centre Manager Driving standards across all areas including with contract partners Event management / driving opportunity You will be the face of the business to occupiers, and will be able to spot opportunities to enhance customer services, and occupier satisfaction. You will work closely with the Regional Manager to establish a successful, performing space. Suitable candidates will hold at least 2 years of front line operational building/services delivery experience, ideally within a flexible workspace (i.e. co-working centre), multi-let business space or wider hospitality.
