THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Industry Leading Secure and Recover arm, as the Head of Cloud Solutions, supporting the next phase of Cyberfort’s growth. You’ll be joining a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning with expert peers in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Engineering and Pre-Sales Design. In this senior management role you’ll work within our Secure and Recover business unit, leading our Cloud Solutions Architecture function. Supporting new and existing clients across various sectors to define and design outstanding cloud solutions. You will be responsible for Pre-sales engagement strategy, policies and operational procedures. Our Head of Cloud solutions is also instrumental in creating and implementing best in class solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements across managed Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud platforms (inc. SaaS, PaaS and IaaS).
This role would suit a strategic thinker with a deep technical background, a strong focus on customer-centric solutions, and the ability to inspire and guide teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Reporting directly into the CDO the Head of Cloud solutions works cross functionally across the business including Cloud Engineering, Service Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to guarantee the delivery of complex and innovative solutions and strengthen the company’s position as a market leader.
You’ll support continual service improvement for technology and process, ensuring we remain a leader in Security, Environmental and Quality performance, using a mentality to optimise and automate with a view to increase efficiency wherever possible.

* Establishing best practices for scoping, solutioning, and proposal generation to ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent responses.
* Leading the development of new solutions and enhancements to existing offerings that align with industry evolution and client demands.
* Promoting innovative solutions that differentiate the company in the market and demonstrate its expertise.
* Acting as the technical subject matter expert and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and technical requirements.
* Identifying areas to optimise solution costs and increase revenue through clients solution development.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and vendors to achieve competitive pricing and support of platform design.
* Ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, technical, and operational teams throughout the sales cycle.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to define and execute strategies that position the company as an industry leader.
* Participating in thought leadership initiatives, industry forums, and speaking engagements to enhance the company’s brand.
* Inspiring and mentoring solution architecture teams to deliver exceptional results and continuously improve their skills and performance.
* Leading the development and implementation of standardised, repeatable pre-sales processes that improve customer responses, increase sales effectiveness, and reduce the time to close.
* Tracking and measuring the success of customer solutions, ensuring alignment with KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organisations.

Technical Competencies
* Proven experience in a senior solution architecture role, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
* Strong technical background with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
* Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
* Experience in designing and delivering scalable, repeatable solution processes.
* Strong track record of implementing infrastructure services in a variety of distributed computing environments.
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Enterprise Technologies and Virtualisation technologies.
* Expert knowledge of Open Source Operating Systems, Service Provider Technologies and Virtualisation technologies.
* Expert Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, products and their application.
* Strong experience of Azure and AWS Cloud and Online technologies.
* Ability to think strategically, with a customer-centric approach to solution design.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and customers.
* Proven ability to drive product innovation and collaborate effectively with product development teams.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and customer needs.
* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements, including PCI-DSS, ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
