An incredible opportunity to join an established health insurance brand as a Customer Insights Manager.
THE COMPANY
An award-winning company, offering health and life cover, is seeking a driven Customer Insights Manager to gather insights for the business to enhance customer experiences.
THE ROLE
As a Customer Insights Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a small team, working alongside other departments to provide insights on end-to-end customer journeys. You will be gathering insights from multiple data sets aiming to contribute to strategic plans based on data-driven insights. You’ll also be analysing Voice of the Customer and Speech Analytics data using both qualitative and quantitative methos for all customer groups.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong experience with insight’s generation and storytelling
* Line management experience (preferred but not required)
