Our client, based at their manufacturing site in Northamptonshire, are seeking a Supply Chain Planner. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure, and demonstrate, efficiency in forward planning the production of orders to meet internal/external customer service expectations with excellence and environmental safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring all activities are carried out according to the production plan.
2. Ensuring all productivity and efficiencies are met.
3. Monitoring raw materials, bases, and solutions, ensuring the correct levels are maintained.
4. Reviewing customer stock holding / Finished product stock.
5. Retaining a culture of teamwork through involvement and development of team members.
6. Supporting colleagues with optimizing AX, to maximize its key functions.
7. Managing samples to and from IH, domestic direct customer deliveries.
Skills Required:
1. At least 3 to 5 years' experience in FMCG in a similar role.
2. Very high attention to detail.
3. Proven problem-solving skills to ensure production plans are successfully achieved on time.
4. Understanding of the supply chain process.
5. Computer literate and skilled in using Office 365 with reliable knowledge and experience working on AX.
6. Well-developed ability in planning and organizing.
7. Fast development building knowledge and experience of the products we work with.
8. Good people engagement ability.
9. Ability to apply knowledge and experience when required to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
