Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
* Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables based on business goals and client requirements.
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure proper sequencing of activities.
* Monitor project budgets and provide cost forecasts to keep projects within financial constraints.
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimise disruptions.
* Conduct impact assessments and recommend corrective actions when project deviations occur.
* Track project performance against the baseline schedule and generate progress reports.
* Provide detailed analysis of project status, delays, and recovery plans.
* Prepare dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
* Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment between departments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Strong project scheduling and planning abilities (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
* Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
* Knowledge of resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control
* Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
* Experience in project lifecycle management and critical path analysis
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
