About the Role
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead our housekeeping team and oversee the daily operation of our residential homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Developing and implementing effective cleaning schedules.
* Overseeing the maintenance of our residents' living spaces.
**Working Hours:**
This role will require you to work a standard 4-day week, with occasional weekend working required. The exact hours of work will be discussed during the recruitment process.
**Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary range of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
