Scope: As a Marketing Communications Executive at Owen Mumford, you will play a vital role in the creation of promotional content, campaigns, and collateral that amplify Owen Mumfords products, corporate identity, and activities. You will be involved in both B2B and B2C communication, generating compelling content for a variety of channels and audiences. Additionally, you will manage internal communications projects to ensure our teams are always informed and engaged. Key Responsibilities: Promotional Copy Creation: Collaborate with the product and communications team to develop content that promotes Owen Mumfords products and corporate identity to medical distributors, clinicians, pharmaceutical organizations, patients, and consumers. Create content for various mediums, including website copy, social media, PR, brochures, and internal communications. Adapt messaging for B2C communication, creating web copy, blogs, and social media content. Develop B2B technical promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures that clearly highlight product features and benefits. Create impactful content that highlights Owen Mumfords core pillars of heritage, quality, and sustainability to influence opinion leaders and stakeholders. Internal Communications Support: Support internal communication efforts, creating newsletters, presentations, and business updates to keep associates informed, engaged, and motivated. Promotional Activity Management: Manage relationships with external agencies for the coordination and development of promotional materials, training support tools, and research/feedback initiatives. Assist local and regional markets with PR activities and work closely with the Owen Mumford Pharmaceutical Services division to ensure a unified messaging approach. Track editorial calendars and assist with content strategy and creation, ensuring the timely production of materials. Monitor PR coverage and track key metrics for measurement, reporting on success. Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute international marketing events, trade shows, and conferences, overseeing logistics, booth design, and collateral creation. Develop comprehensive pre, during, and post-event communication plans and strategies to ensure optimal event engagement and impact. Work with key stakeholders to deliver event-related KPIs and conduct post-event evaluations. Campaign Insights and Reporting: Identify trends, provide actionable insights, and propose new communication strategies to enhance Owen Mumfords marketing efforts. Gather and analyze data to evaluate campaign results and measure ROI, using insights to inform future campaigns. Regularly report on campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize spend and effectiveness. To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience in a marketing communications role, with a demonstrated ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and with external partners. A passion for the healthcare industry and an understanding of its complexities and challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software. Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10%). What will we give you?
