We are seeking to appoint highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals to join the college. The department provides a range of alternative courses to students who require additional support with emotional, social, behavioral, and learning needs. Students receive 1:1 support, small class settings, increased differentiation, and varied teaching styles. Alongside the curriculum, students are supported to develop techniques for anger management, social skills, and impulse control.
This is an exciting opportunity to offer in-class support to learners with a range of learning difficulties, disabilities, and differences across the college.
The successful candidate will be educated to Level 3, and experience in supporting learners with LDD in a classroom environment is desirable.
