As a vital part of the team, you’ll work closely with the Sales Director and Team Supervisor, providing administrative support and coordinating commercial operations.

What’s On Offer
* Hybrid working arrangements – 3 days office based and 2 days WFH
* Basic salary of £24,000 - £26,000 p.a. DOE

The Job
* Provide excellent telephone and email support to the team.
* Process sales orders and maintain backorder records.
* Manage direct marketing and promotional messaging to customers.
* Manage stock levels and maintain customer stock reports.
* Liaise with vendors, purchasing, and internal departments to ensure stock availability.
* Develop processes that enhance efficiency and support our growing operations.
* Update spreadsheets and CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Experience in a similar role; Commercial Operations, Sales Support, Sales Administration
* Strong customer focus and excellent relationship building skills
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Team-oriented mindset
* Computer literate – proficient in MS Office (intermediate Excel)
Desirable:
* Experience in a B2B, trade or technical environment
