Within this role you will lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers on site, carrying out daily briefings, dealing with escalated queries from both your colleagues and members of the public, and tracking KPIs.
In this Supervisor role, you will be the eyes and ears of the local community while supporting your team to continue the essential work that is carried out by Civil Enforcement Officers within the community.

What do you need to be a Supervisor?
**• Valid UK driving licence essential. **
• Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
• Excellent Communication Skills
• To be self-motivated and customer-focused
• A love of working outdoors
• Ability to work shifts
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office
