Job Description
Step into ownership without the risk – lead a well-established clinic with full support and shared success. This Branch Partnership offers the ideal balance of autonomy and connection to a wider clinical network.
Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a passionate and driven vet to join their Branch Partnership model in the vibrant town of Prescot, Merseyside. This unique opportunity allows an experienced vet to take ownership of an already-established clinic, without the challenges of going it alone.
This is a full-time clinical leadership role where the incoming Partner will manage the day-to-day operations of the practice. The role offers flexibility to shape the rota around your needs and ambitions, with no solo responsibility for out-of-hours as support is provided by a local 24-hour hospital.
The clinic benefits from a small, close-knit team and sits within a regional network led by fellow Branch Partners. This structure means you have autonomy in your daily leadership while being backed by a collaborative group of partners for mentorship, shared caseloads, and clinical support.
As the Branch Partner, you will lead the team, shape the clinic culture, and drive service development, supported by full operational assistance including HR, payroll, marketing, and compliance. This role is ideal for a confident, team-focused vet who enjoys client continuity and wants to build something of their own.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, client-focused vet with a desire to lead and grow a business. Previous ownership or leadership experience is not required – the group will provide all the training and guidance needed to thrive in the role.
The practice is well-equipped for general practice work, with scope to develop clinical services or introduce new ideas under the leadership of the new Partner. Parking is available on-site, and the town of Prescot offers a mix of green spaces and city accessibility, with excellent transport links to Liverpool and Manchester.
