We are looking for
a Cleanliness Auditor to join our team at UH Bristol & Weston on a permanent basis. Full training will be given on auditing and IT databases.
The ideal candidate will:-
1. Have some knowledge of National Cleaning Standards and how they’re applied.
2. Experience in the management of confidential information.
3. Have some experience of being a team leader/supervisor and providing constructive feedback.
4. Have the ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
On a day to day basis you will:-
5. In accordance with nationally agreed standards, conduct hospital cleanliness audits across the Trust and produce outcomes that support quality improvement within the clinical and non-clinical areas.
6. Plan your auditing schedule, to ensure very high and high risk areas are prioritised.
7. Provide training and coaching to Facilities teams around the auditing process.
8. Engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to provide constructive feedback about the results of any audit.
