The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations, focusing on maintaining data accuracy, managing daily operational and administrative tasks. Working closely across departments in EU & US HQ as well with the European warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in sales tools (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot), and an understanding of sales operations' best practices. Key Responsibilities: Management of day-to-day sales operations tasks. Responsible for the lifecycle of the sales order until delivery. Communicate availabilities, back-order overviews and stock reports to the customer as well as to the sales team. Maintaining accurate customer data, aligning with teams across credit, supply chain, and warehousing to meet customer needs. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations Working closely with 3PLs and haulers. Investigate and resolve order and inventory issues. Assist with promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies by researching relevant details and resolving pricing queries. Manage the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) process and liaise with customers throughout the return's procedure. Support various ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Sales department. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business objectives. Assist in sales enablement initiatives, including training and process documentation. Provide insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Essential Skills & Experience: 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative role. High level of attention to detail, ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritise tasks effectively, and adapt to changing business needs. Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and proactive approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems (including CRM software). Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams. Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience in B2B sales environments, particularly in the UK & EU markets. Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools. Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN Selling). Understanding of GDPR and data compliance regulations in sales operations.
