This active and outdoorsy family are looking for a Nanny to help them afterschool on a part-time basis with the care of their two boys aged 8 and 6 years.
During the term time, it will initially be two days: Monday and either Wednesday or Thursday, to pick the boys up from school, bring them home, sort out snacks and drinks, and supervise them until either parent gets home about 6pm. In the school holidays, they are looking for 2 full days. If the nanny would be prepared to cook the family a meal on these two days, that would be ideal. At the very least, the boys will need a meal cooking for them – nothing fancy, just wholesome healthy food, along with other duties such as sorting out the school bags after school, washing water bottles, putting away school shoes and coats, and children’s laundry.
The boys are active and love to spend time in the garden, going to the park, cycling, climbing, swimming, and playing with Lego. You will need to be a driver with your own car to carry out the school runs. They are looking for someone with a sense of humour, friendly and fun, but able to set boundaries as and when needed.
This is a permanent position.
