Working for a privately owned automotive business in Maidstone, as a Contact Centre Agency, you will be liaising with potential and current customers for routine service, maintenance, or repair and convert these into firm bookings whilst handling inbound service bookings.
Hours of work will be 20-25hrs per week depending on the shift (12.30pm -5.30pm or 1pm-5pm) Monday to Friday. The rate of pay is £12.50 p/hr.
The role:
1. Contact customers and prospects by telephone.
2. Take bookings by obtaining and verifying information.
3. Maintain database and contact call logs.
4. Provide product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance.
5. Identify and overcome objections.
6. Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available.
7. Sell additional products, services, and repair work as appropriate to customers' needs.
8. Promote and prospect the business as directed with confidence and commitment.
9. Manage targeted numbers of outbound calls in a timely manner to secure bookings.
10. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
11. Daily customer service follow-up calls.
