Quality Manager role:
• Instrumental in providing the Senior Leadership Team with insightful analysis of completed work, highlighting areas requiring improvement.
• Your role will be crucial in enhancing the overall quality of work, reducing the likelihood of future defects, and bolstering customer and stakeholder confidence.
Quality Manager responsibilities:
• Ensure off-site and on-site quality standards through inspections and testing.
• Escalate concerns and collaborate on remedial actions.
• Ensure timely DM4 approval by addressing operational, safety, and quality risks.
• Maintain m2i rework list, monitor and close corrective actions and submit monthly data and complete delivery documentation.
• Support AMS maintenance to align with activities, values, and stakeholder needs.
• Support Assurance Leads in Impact Planning, Operational Assurance, and Safe to Operate.
• Support Water Quality Compliance Manager as directed.
Quality Manager requirements:
• Possess prior experience working within the water industry.
• Lead Auditor with in-depth knowledge of ISO9001.
• Possess strong IT skills, particularly in databases and Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
