With new developments launching and expansion, Esquire Developments are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their growing Sales Team.
This role will be based from Head Office, located in Longfield. Minimal travel to our developments across Kent will be expected.
The Sales Progressor will be responsible for progressing all reservations to exchange and legal completion within the company agreed timescales, as well as supporting clients through their journey to completion by regularly communicating with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and estate agents.

Knowledge of COINS would be beneficial, but not essential. The sales team offers a very supportive and team-focused environment. We expect candidates to have great communication skills and be task-driven and organised.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Updating COINS with all sales progress activity, keeping all plot records up to date with accurate information.
2. Generating memorandum of sales to purchasers and solicitors.
3. Progressing all reservations to exchange within the company agreed timescales.
4. Liaising weekly with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and estate agents to progress sales.
5. Confidently communicating with buyers on a weekly basis regarding the progress of their purchase.
6. Assisting with the legal setup of new developments.
7. Weekly reporting to the Assistant Sales Manager and monthly reporting to the Head of Sales / Head of Finance.
Key Attributes and Experience:
1. At least 2 years’ experience. Off-plan progression is beneficial, but not essential.
2. High attention to detail.
3. Excellent customer service and care skills.
4. Organisation and being able to manage time efficiently.
5. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative.
Salary & Benefits:
A competitive salary (Basic salary + Commission) will be offered depending on experience. You will be entitled to 25 days annual leave per annum, mileage expenses, and training support.
