Position: Full-Time Trade Learning Support Assistant Location: Bromley Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Pay: £14.66 per hour We are seeking a full-time Trade Learning Support Assistant to work with college students in Bromley who are studying vocational courses. This role involves providing tailored SEND support to help students with special educational needs succeed in their chosen trades, both in practical and classroom settings. Key Responsibilities: • Support students with SEND, ensuring they can fully engage in their trade courses. • Assist tutors in delivering practical lessons and coursework. • Help students manage and develop their academic and practical skills. • Provide individualised support to students based on their specific needs. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: • Experience working with students with SEND in a learning environment. • Strong communication and organisational skills. • Ability to support students in both classroom and practical workshop settings. • A passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
