We have an existing opportunity to Join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team. We have various posts available including full time and part time. This is a rewarding role which gives you opportunity to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Heath and Social Care Partnerships public service delivery. You would be part of a successful well established minute taking service. As an Administrative Assistant within the minute taking service, you will liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange, co-ordinate, complete and distribute minute of meetings which include Child Protection, Adult Support and Protection etc. You will attend the meetings which are in the majority via Microsoft Teams and take a record of the meeting, utilising agreed templates, which will include the agreed care plan for the service user. You will also be responsible for updating electronic systems including the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships Child Protection Register.
