HRIS Manager (Workday), London
Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the People Technology Delivery Team.
2. Oversee key People Technology processes, including Workday change requests, ticket escalations, and governance.
3. Provide third-line support via ServiceNow, ensuring tickets are resolved promptly and within SLAs, escalating when necessary.
4. Offer functional guidance and support for Workday to the People Technology team.
5. Manage relationships with the AMS provider and raise cases as needed.
6. Lead configuration changes and projects related to People Technology.
7. Act as an expert advisor on all aspects of People Technology delivery and projects.
8. Continuously improve the quality and speed of People Technology service delivery.
9. Proactively identify potential system issues using advanced knowledge and collaborate with partners to implement solutions.
10. Partner with Global Process Owners to ensure effective use of technology and support.
11. Recommend system enhancements to maximize existing technology capabilities.
12. Ensure proper use of People technologies and provide training and support to HR colleagues.
13. Represent the People Technology team in HR projects, interpreting requirements and ensuring timely delivery.
14. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, especially HR CoEs and HR Services teams.
15. Participate in the Workday Community, propose improvements, and share best practices.
16. Handle sensitive data with GDPR compliance and security measures.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or 5+ years relevant experience in a related discipline.
2. Advanced knowledge of Workday technology within a global organization.
3. Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with external vendors and internal teams.
5. Proactive in identifying potential technology issues and addressing them.
6. Flexibility to work across multiple time zones in a global team.
7. Excellent planning and project management skills.
8. Good communication skills across diverse cultures and levels.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Understanding of data protection regulations like GDPR.
