Edenred PayTech, a leading provider of payment solutions, is seeking a talented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Swindon, UK. In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects within our PayTech Market Delivery Success department.
What you'll do:
1. Assist senior project managers with all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
2. Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
4. Facilitate project meetings, track project progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
5. Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing solutions to mitigate them.
6. Gain exposure to a variety of project methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the department.
What we're looking for:
8. Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
9. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
11. Analytical mind with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
13. A willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
