We are looking forward to welcoming a new Administrator to our team.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, someone who is confident to work autonomously and has the ability to manage their workload. Guided by the Office Manager, you will be proactive and comfortable with undertaking a wide variety of administrative and secretarial duties, to name a few:
* using SharePoint, Excel, Word and Outlook you will register new projects, assisting the technical team to manage their workload. There are clearly laid out processes for you to follow and you will be supported in learning these processes.
* take meeting minutes, typing these up using Word and distributing these internally
* typing of letters and general correspondence.
* proof reading and formatting documents, using Word and Adobe - working with styles, headers & footers - ensuring correspondence is up to date and in line with our company theme
*use data, taken from our finance system to build easy to understand reports within Excel.
This role is interesting and varied, offering progression to reflect ability.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 full years experience of working within administration.
Good communication skills are vital for this role, both written and verbal. You will be in constant communication with our staff, based across our various offices, as well as with our clients. You will be the first point of contact when speaking to clients over the telephone.
The role is Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
This role is based within our Barham Office - there may be the opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of probation.
