Job summary Business Support Administrator Band 3: Part-Time (30 hours per week) We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to work within the Clinical Support Services Division in Aneurin Bevan University Health Board as a Business Support Administrator. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be flexible in their approach and be able to work effectively as an individual and as a member of a team. They will ideally have experience of medical terminology and audio typing and be enthusiastic to learn new systems. Main duties of the job You will be instrumental in providing administrative support to the Division's Leadership Team, fulfilling general office administration duties with the opportunity for development of additional business administration skills. Support for the Rapid Diagnostic Clinic to include typing of clinic letters will be expected, as and when required. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
