Come and join one of the UK's largest independent providers in neuro and mental healthcare. We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our friendly and experienced team at our Oswald House in Lancashire, a specialist residential service providing rehabilitation, care and support to vulnerable women with complex mental health issues.
Purposefully small Oswald House has capacity for up to 9 female residents, allowing for a calm, relaxing environment. There is a large lounge area allowing for residents to convene and to interact in a communal setting during their recovery.
We have a large garden where residents are encouraged to cultivate plant life whilst learning new skills in the process.
We are close to local amenities and have multiple transport links on our doorstep allowing for supervised outings.
