Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program managers, and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us as a Sales Rep - Seller Education.
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and business background that enables them to successfully identify and onboard opportunities with a high degree of customer obsession. The successful candidate should also be a self-starter with the ability to problem-solve and must be prepared to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams globally.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business partners to identify needs and opportunities, building multi-channel marketing plans and priorities across appropriate online and offline channels including promotions and events.
2. Provide personalized, one-on-one support to sellers, often with dedicated account managers.
3. Help sellers grow, optimize their performance, and achieve long-term success by offering tailored guidance, resources, and development plans.
4. Assist new sellers through their initial stages, optimizing their operations, and providing insights into best practices for scaling their business.
5. Collect customer insights through focus groups, create surveys, and gather responses using various creative tools and channels, including social media, to support new product development.
6. Conduct sophisticated data analysis to measure marketing program and campaign effectiveness and to continuously improve.
7. Perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 3+ years of sales experience
2. Experience managing teams
3. Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
4. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. 2+ years of experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data
2. 5+ years of B2B industry service delivery experience
