The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be comfortable working with minimum supervision and completing work to an extremely high standard. Reporting to the Technical and Workshop Manager and working as part of the Aftersales Department.
The role will be responsible for the management & administration of the warranty claims for UK & Ireland Triumph dealers. You will be responsible for the management of Triumph’s warranty systems including the processing of warranty claims, service bulletins and safety recalls whilst monitoring and feedback on technical & quality concerns. You will also be offering warranty, technical & customer support to Triumph Dealers and direct to Triumph Customers.
