Executive Officer - Ministry of Justice
Location: Leeds (Hybrid 2-3 days in the office, the other days working from home)
Pay: £12.74 per hour rising to £14.09 per hour after 12 weeks

Role Purpose
We are looking to recruit Judicial Pension caseworkers. The post holder will combine strong analytical skill, experience dealing with complexity and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
1. Follow relevant MoJ policies and procedures applicable to your work.
2. Production and quality control of individual case work.
3. Resolve complex queries, reviewing a range of evidence (including numerical data sources and written correspondence) to provide recommendations for action.
4. Manage the relationships and expectations of a range of key external stakeholders (such as Judges and other MOJ departments), tailoring messages appropriately and paying close attention to detail.
5. Communicate in a straightforward, honest, and engaging manner, choosing appropriate styles to maximise understanding and impact.
6. Build the capability to develop and implement processes and change as required.
7. Identify improvements to pensions data quality and data quality policies to ensure that statutory duties are fulfilled.
8. Undertake any other duties commensurate with the skill set of this post as directed by your manager.

Essential
1. Experience managing own workload and keeping others informed of progress.
2. A record of delivering high quality work to tight deadlines and good time management skills.
3. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
4. An eye for detail and analytical ability.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Experience dealing with data and complex processes.
7. A willingness to undertake a variety of tasks based on initiative and as required.
8. Interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
