Role Summary
The Head of Sales will lead, develop, and implement the B2C sales strategy in the stairlift segment, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion in a highly competitive market.
This leader will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic sales team, creating innovative sales initiatives, and working closely with other departments to optimise customer experiences, focusing on the needs of elderly and mobility-impaired customers. The ideal candidate will bring extensive B2C sales experience, an understanding of customer needs in this sector, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
