Role: IT Support Officer
Salary: £30,000
Location: Leamington Spa
We currently have an exciting opportunity to work in a leading legal practice providing 1st and 2nd line IT support working with a variety of technology in a fast-paced and varied environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To act as the first and second line of support to all staff
2. To be responsible for resolving issues in an efficient and timely manner
3. To assist with the management and administration of the Company's Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Telephony Services, and Network Infrastructure as or when required
4. To develop skills, expertise, and understanding in any required areas that would improve delivery of support and management or administration of systems, software, or services
5. Resolve hardware issues with Desktops, Laptops, Peripherals, and Printers to minimise disruption to end users
6. Network administration/troubleshooting
7. Liaising with third-party support teams/consultants
Knowledge and Experience:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in an ICT role
2. Hold a relevant ICT qualification
3. Strong Microsoft Office skills
4. Demonstrable experience of troubleshooting hardware and software problems
5. Demonstrable experience working with the following: Windows 10, Windows Server, RDS, TCP/IP, DNS, Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare, etc)
6. Office 365 administration
7. Experience of structured cabling and setting up hardware is desirable
8. Good communication skills and timekeeping
9. Driving licence and access to own car
