Hours of Work: 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE Year 1 £55,000)

The Inside Track:
B2B cold calling prospective clients (very few business prospects are unsuitable for some kind of service)
Appointment qualification/generation with a view to significant bonus reward on contracts delivered
Conservative call targets yet with emphasis on quality
Pre-Demo close and relationship build
Fact finding and rapport building over the telephone
Management of CRM
Ensuring all notes are accurate on system
Managing call backs effectively
Pipeline management
Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation
Meet personal targets set
Delivering a great customer experience to all potential Clients

About you
The successful candidate will have demonstrable SDR/BDE/B2B Outbound Telesales/Lead Generation experience, along with a structured approach including strong objection handling skills.
You will be an excellent communicator with a flawless telephone manner and the ability to build rapport, have strong influencing skills and be a team player with the ability to shine as an individual
