To provide a designated and bespoke recruitment facility to our alliances who partner with Anglian Water, our Pan Alliance Recruitment team strive to provide a first-class service to our partners, hiring managers and candidates and demonstrate that we are united through purpose. With an exciting amount of growth forecasted across the alliances, we need to expand the team to continue and progress our great work to date. To achieve this, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join the team. What will you be doing as our new Recruitment Coordinator? You’ll provide a trusted and proactive recruitment administrator facility which supports the objectives of delivering a first-class process and supporting candidates to access countless opportunities. Acting as a key point of contact to deliver efficiency in the end-to-end recruitment process, you’ll not only provide essential administrative support, but gain an understanding of in-house recruitment in a dynamic and fast-paced alliance environment. As you become more comfortable and accustomed to our processes, you’ll potentially combine the day-to-day administrative duties with wider scope recruitment activities. This role is a great development opportunity for someone looking to launch or continue a career within in-house recruitment or HR. We are also open to flexible working arrangements, but encourage office presence 2-3 days a week to collaborate with the team and our stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Arranging interviews : Efficiently arrange interviews by collaborating with our partner organisations, candidates and hiring managers Value- added administration- Undertake a wide range of administrative duties such as updating systems, processing contract administration and assisting in producing reports and analysis to add-value to our processes whilst remaining GDPR compliant Team support- Support the Recruitment Advisors in tasks such as raising requisitions, drafting job adverts, engaging with hiring managers and arranging meetings to provide the best service possible Customer service- Always ensure candidate and hiring manager experience is at the forefront of all we do Continuous improvement- Assess, understand, propose and implement opportunities in all areas of our processes to improve how we operate Self- development- Gain involvement in the full recruitment process and explore areas of interest to develop skills further and add value to the team’s output A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours…. Possessing experience of efficient administration and comfortable using MS Office and systems, you’ll have a clear drive and passion to pursue a career in recruitment or HR. You may possess experience in agency or in-house recruitment and whilst this would be advantageous, your enthusiasm to deliver excellent customer service and to drive the team towards the most efficient recruitment offering possible is viewed as more important.
