Service Delivery Specialist
This is a customer-driven role that is responsible for ensuring service levels and quality are delivered to a high standard. It would suit someone from a technical/IT background with prior experience in a service delivery position.
As a Service Delivery Specialist, the primary function of this position is to speak with customers where Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are in place to assess how products are performing. There are some analytical duties involved to measure performance, but the heart of this role is ensuring customer service is delivered to the highest standard possible. Some occasional travel is needed, but most customer meetings are scheduled via phone or teams.
Salary: Starting salary of £32,000 to £34,000 as a guide + bonus (c£3,000) + 25 days holiday + pension scheme + free gym + other benefits.
This Service Delivery Specialist job will suit:
* Proven experience within a Service Delivery position or Technical Customer Service related job.
* Personable with excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with customers.
* Analytically minded and comfortable creating reports.
* Open to occasionally visiting customers.
The Service Delivery Specialist job will involve:
* Organising and attending service review meetings.
* Producing and delivering service review reports for customers.
* Providing service quotes and ad-hoc installation pricing to the sales teams and customers.
* Liaising directly with customers to discuss service requirements.
* Providing up-to-date information on our services and technical installations to customers.
