Import Export Supply Coordinator (Hybrid, 3 days office, 2 days WFH) A challenging and rewarding opportunity coordinating all stages of the cross-trade import/export process for Food and Food Materials, from sale to payment. Facilitate the movement of products from one location to another (All modes) Coordinate and plan delivery schedules to meet customer demand with little to no delay Continuously review costs to keep costs down where possible Streamline transportation processes (All modes) Keep accurate and up-to-date records of purchases and loadings using Microsoft Business Central and excel spreadsheets. Track the transits in conjunction with the preparation of the shipping documentation Communicate and coordinate with all relevant offices within the company Fluent English essential (Written and Verbal).
