A week in the life of a Management Analyst II includes analyst duties and tracking of the following responsibilities: Project Risk and Financial Management Regional Maintenance and Modernization Coordination Office Tracking Schedule Development and Tracking Dashboard Development and Tracking Support Cyber Security Coordination Ship Change Documentation Tracking Material Tracking and Obsolescence Tracking Engineering Change Proposal Tracking Naval Message Tracking Travel Tracking and Coordination Shipboard Testing Tracking Data Call Support Additional Management Analyst Functions: Perform administrative and analytical duties focused around personnel and manpower management as well as general administration Conduct analysis on personnel and manpower management Propose changes in organizational structure and processes Evaluate pertinent factual and statistical data by applying analytical techniques and methods Determine manpower requirements by tracking statistics for each department Initiate and review requests for manpower requirement changes, respond to issues and studies involved in analysis of manpower quality and quantity Assist with the development of personnel procedures and regulations Work with management to obtain input on current and projected scheduling of various operations and anticipate overall staffing needs LI-EW1 Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting.
