Application Requirements:
• Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (e.g., CACHE, NVQ).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
• Foster an inclusive environment where all children feel valued and respected.
