Please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: £47,683 depending on skills and experience What you'll be doing: Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with the engine export support stakeholders, including export customers, Rolls Royce and Eurojet, and other BAE Systems functions including Procurement and Projects Interface with the export customers, wherever assistance is required, for any Typhoon Propulsion Support Facility (TPSF), Supply Chain or Engine Technical Post Design Service (PDS) issues Provide technical support on Engineering Support Task activities across the export contracts, including In-Service Technical Instructions, Queries and Deviation Requests Review weekly Engine Health Monitoring reports, particularly engine performance data, and generate engine Thrust Rated Life Remaining (TRLR) / Delta Stator Outlet Temperature (DSOT) trimming and engine rejections notices, as required Monitor engine supply chain issues between the engine contractor and customer, paying attention to spares availability levels, to minimise in-service impacts Participate in regular scheduled meetings with the engine supplier and customer, which may be held in Europe or the Middle East Fleet management, including in-service data collection, monitoring of engine rejections, no fault found, FOD, post-acceptance test failures, and other non-attributable arisings Supplier management and acceptance of contract deliverables from the engine supplier, particularly engine technical publications and their impact on PDS activities As required, provide technical and cost validation support to the Procurement team for new and future production and in-service support proposals/ contracts including engine support service requirements Your skills and experiences: Engineering Degree, HND or equivalent, with demonstrable aircraft/ engine support or related engineering support experience A sound understanding of the engineering principles in the design and support of equipment and systems Component and system integration experience Analysis of risk and safety from component to system and aircraft level Aircraft Production and through life support experience Jet engine / Fast Jet Propulsion system and Engineering Support Service experience is desirable Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
