If you’re a motivated, compassionate, and results-driven individual, we want you to join our friendly call centre team in Swindon; a relaxed, supportive environment with no flashing wall boards in sight The Role: As an Outbound Customer Services Advisor, you’ll connect with customers, primarily through outbound calls (90% of the role), to schedule sight tests and promote services. You’ll also handle occasional inbound enquiries, providing excellent service and support. What You’ll Be Doing: Engage with customers to book sight tests and promote services. Meet and exceed individual targets and KPIs. Log customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns. Handle inbound calls with professionalism and resolve concerns promptly. What We’re Looking For: Experience in a sales or customer service role (outbound calling a plus). Excellent communication and active listening skills. Confidence in negotiating and influencing decisions. Resilience and a positive attitude.
