Job Title: Oracle IAM Consultant (Temporary - (possible extension)

Daily Rate: £500 per day Umbrella (Inside IR35)
Our client, a public sector organisation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Oracle IAM Consultant to join their Enterprise Applications and Portfolio Group. As an Oracle IAM Consultant, you will play a vital role in developing, managing, and coordinating the critical activities of assigned applications lifecycle management and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for applications and related software, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues that arise.
Build Oracle roles and effectively understand Oracle Licences in association with the role sets (Finance/HCM/Self-Service, etc.).
Implement and transition to new technical solutions while adhering to best practises.
Manage and maintain a Centre of Excellence and Best Practise in Applications Service Delivery.
Enhance the technical performance of current applications and integrated technologies.
Offer tactical level advice and consultancy to service, management, and staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver agreed industry and service standards in a cost-effective manner.
Contribute to the longer-term development and growth of our client's organisation.Qualifications:
Solid experience working as an Oracle IAM Consultant, with expertise in Oracle roles and licences.
Strong knowledge of Oracle IAM solutions and the ability to implement and transition to new technical solutions.
Proven experience providing day-to-day support for applications and related software.
Excellent understanding of application lifecycle management and best practise application operation.
Strong analytical skills to audit and analyse situations and data to ensure compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.
Ability to lead and manage a specialist team or oversee specialist projects.
Effective communication and consultancy skills to provide advice and guidance.This is a temporary position with a contract length of 6 months. As a valued member of our client's team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse range of customers and teams across the organisation. Some travel may be required within the Orbis geography.
