About the Job
As our Knowledgebase Content Manager, you’ll maintain and expand a database of pre-written content to improve proposal and presentation quality and team productivity. You will define and optimise the content repository structure and ensure data integrity and accessibility. Collaborating with subject matter experts you’ll gather information and keep the knowledgebase updated.
As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
Maintain and continuously improve the architecture for the knowledge base implementation, ensuring it is user-friendly and scalable
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the business to gather, assimilate, and rewrite information, for instance product content, into a clear, concise, and consistent style that demonstrates clear value and is suitable for proposal and presentation integration
Ensure legal and operational compliance of all content and database records
Work closely with graphic designers to maintain a robust database of visual assets
Schedule regular reviews of the knowledgebase to identify areas for improvement, expansion, and updates
Continuously evaluate and optimize the structure of the knowledgebase to meet the evolving needs of the business
Provide regular training to users of the knowledgebase and actively solicit feedback to enhance its effectiveness
Manage and motivate SMEs to ensure their commitment to updating content on a pre-agreed cycle
Analyse RFPs to identify frequently asked questions and ensure the knowledgebase addresses them comprehensively
Support RFI / RFP responses as required by the business
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in proposal automation, AI tools, and database solutions

Knowledge management experience
Understanding of proposal development is essential
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
