This is a wonderful opportunity work with the Head of HR of a global company and support the 100 staff in the UK. This is a 12 month + contract. Our client is seeking an experienced HR manager to assist with streamlining policies, processes and their benefits. You will work closely a HR advisor and support their personal development too. Our client needs a professional HR Manager with exceptional stakeholder skills. Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and ER skills are also essential.
Your role as HR Manager:
Oversee the HR team in daily operations
Plan and implement strategic HR initiatives
Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
Conduct performance and talent management
Oversee training and development programs
Assist in the personal development of the HR AdvisorThe successful HR Manager should have:
Proven experience as a HR Manager
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HR software
Experience in European HR would be useful
