You will be working towards a 60% New Business Target and 40% Managing existing relationships.
Formulating plans and strategies to gain contacts with target organizations, leading to obtaining opportunities to tender on new sites/projects
Planning appropriate responses to those opportunities and compiling detailed and accurate briefs for submission to the Design & Estimating Team
Use CRM system as a company process to register and track opportunities. To compile reports and forecasts for the Head of Contract and Sales Director as required.
To assist the Installation and Customer service teams in the resolution of issues arising on-site where Sales support is required
Proven background in the Contract Kitchen, Bedrooms & Bathroom marketplace, or closely related product
The ability to fully understand a customer brief and robustly communicate with the design team to ensure planning conditions are met within a given budget
A good knowledge of kitchen, bedroom & bathroom design to have persuasive customer relationships affecting conversion outcomes
A working knowledge of furniture installation processes & needs
A working knowledge of materials and processes used in the furniture industry.

Proactive approach to the role and the task of new business generation
