Facilitate the effective resolution of a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, performance capability, and attendance management. You will also be required to support other areas of the People Operations Team such as conducting formal investigations to ensure the correct evidence is available for disciplinary and tribunal hearings, presenting information as and where appropriate, as well as undertaking Workforce projects. Your role will provide operational Workforce support including advice on Workforce policy, practice, employment law, NHS terms and conditions, responding to changes in employment law, process and practice as they arise. Your role within Employment Relations will require you being actively involved in the implementation of the Trusts Managing Attendance Policy including having oversight of compliance against agreed Trust targets, employment law and redeployment process and practice. As part of your role you will have oversight and line management responsibilities within the Core Advice and Support Team. You will be required to be involved in auditing compliance against Workforce Key Performance metrics, policies and standard operating practices across the Trust to ensure consistent interpretation and application of procedures to enable corrective action to be taken as/when required. You will proactively use available business intelligence data available to identify data trends and areas of concern to enable in-reach support to be deployed in the right place at the right time and to mitigate staffing escalation risks.
